These terms cover memes2apps.com and the apps created through Memes2Apps. By creating an app or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Memes2Apps helps people create apps around Solana meme coins, publish content, build communities, and access optional third-party features. Providing a token mint address can import publicly available coin names, images, and metadata. Imported information may be inaccurate or change.
Creating an app does not establish ownership of a coin, its trademarks, or its community. An app listing, token listing, or verification indicator is not a recommendation to buy a token or a guarantee about its creator. You must have the rights and authorization needed for the branding and content you use.
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms and supervise your use. Financial services may have additional age and eligibility requirements.
Provide accurate information, keep your app PIN and account credentials private, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Do not share wallet recovery phrases or private keys in messages, posts, or support requests. Connecting a wallet does not authorize every future transaction: review each request in your wallet before approving it.
Creating a Memes2Apps app is free for everyone. There is no setup fee and no daily free-app allowance. Reasonable abuse-prevention limits still apply. You do not need a wallet payment to create an app.
Free app creation does not cover purchases from independent sellers, optional paid usage, token trades, or network and third-party fees. Any separately priced feature must show its price before you approve a purchase. Existing payment records and refund requests remain available for purchases made before this change.
You retain your rights in your content. You give Memes2Apps a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the features you choose, including displaying public content to other users. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We may restrict content, accounts, or features to address violations, security problems, abuse, or legal requirements. Keep your own copies of important content. Removing content from the service cannot remove copies others have made or blockchain records.
App owners are responsible for the content, community rules, offers, and products they publish. For a purchase from an app's store, review the seller's description, delivery conditions, refund terms, and checkout total. Creating an app is free; purchases within an app are separate.
Phantom, embedded media, blockchain infrastructure, and trading providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. They may receive information when you use their features. Memes2Apps does not guarantee their availability or control their independent actions.
Optional token trades may route through Jupiter and require approval in a compatible wallet. Review the actual quote, platform fee, slippage, and network costs before confirming. Where a 1% platform trading fee applies, it is separate from any network or provider costs.
Token prices and liquidity can change rapidly. Quotes and displayed balances may be delayed or unavailable. Transactions can fail, and network fees may still apply. Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by Memes2Apps. Sending assets to the wrong address or network can cause loss.
We do not promise returns, token value, or trading results and do not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. A token's legal status depends on the relevant facts and law; listing it here does not determine that status. You are responsible for reviewing transactions and any taxes associated with your activity.
We provide the service on an “as available” basis. Features can change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost profits or trading opportunities. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to pricing apply as disclosed before a new purchase; they do not retroactively change a completed checkout.
The service website is memes2apps.com. Keep your app identifier and transaction signature when raising an account or payment issue, and never provide a wallet recovery phrase or private key.
