These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of memes2apps, a web-based platform for turning memes into apps. By creating an account or using memes2apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

memes2apps is a web-based platform that enables users to create and manage applications with blockchain, AI, and e-commerce features. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

> 2. account_and_authentication

2.1 account_creation

• You must choose a unique ticker/username
• You must create a secure PIN for authentication
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use memes2apps
• If you're under 18, you must have parental consent

2.2 account_security

• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• If your PIN is compromised, contact us immediately
• We are not liable for unauthorized access due to PIN sharing

> 3. user_content_and_ownership

• You own all content you create on memes2apps
• By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to share it
• You grant memes2apps a license to host and display your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all laws

> 4. cryptocurrency_and_blockchain

4.1 risk_acknowledgment

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks. By using memes2apps's blockchain features, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically
• irreversibility: Blockchain transactions CANNOT be reversed once confirmed
• loss_of_keys: If you lose your PIN or wallet key, your funds may be permanently inaccessible
• smart_contract_bugs: While we take precautions, bugs can occur in smart contracts
• regulatory_uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change
• no_fdic_insurance: Cryptocurrencies are NOT insured by government agencies

4.2 cryptocurrency_disclaimer

• memes2apps does NOT provide investment, financial, or legal advice
• You should consult professionals before making financial decisions
• We do NOT guarantee the value, functionality, or legality of any tokens
• You are responsible for tax reporting on all crypto transactions

> 5. payment_and_fees

memes2apps supports the following payment methods:

• square: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (fees apply)

5.1 payment_processing_fees

• Square charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• These fees are charged by the payment processors, NOT by memes2apps
• These fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is issued

5.2 platform_fees

• transaction_fees: memes2apps does NOT take a cut of your sales
• go_global_fee: $4.99 one-time fee to deploy your token to Solana mainnet

5.3 refund_policy

all_sales_are_final. memes2apps does NOT provide refunds for any services, features, or transactions, including but not limited to:

• token_deployments: Once a token is created on the blockchain, it cannot be undone
• crypto_transactions: Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• shop_purchases: Refund policy is set by the individual app owner (not memes2apps)

5.4 dispute_resolution

• payment_issues: Contact Square support for payment problems

> 6. intellectual_property

6.1 your_content

• You retain all rights to content you create
• You grant memes2apps a license to host and display your content
• You are responsible for obtaining rights to any third-party content you use

6.2 memes2apps_intellectual_property

• memes2apps name, logo, and platform design are our property
• You may not use our branding without written permission
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our platform

> 7. prohibited_conduct

You may NOT use memes2apps for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Scams, fraud, or phishing
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Spamming or mass unsolicited messaging
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Hacking, exploiting bugs, or circumventing security measures
• Creating tokens that violate securities laws
• Money laundering or terrorist financing

> 8. third_party_services

memes2apps integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Square, Solana, etc.). These services have their own terms of service:

• OpenAI API Terms of Service
• Square Terms of Service
• Solana Network Terms

By using these features, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms.

> 9. disclaimer_of_warranties

memes2apps is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

> 10. limitation_of_liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, memes2apps shall NOT be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Loss of funds due to user error (e.g., wrong wallet address, lost PIN)
• Smart contract bugs or exploits
• Third-party payment processor issues
• Unauthorized access to your account

> 11. termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to memes2apps will be revoked
• Blockchain-deployed tokens remain on-chain (cannot be deleted)
• Content may be removed from our servers

> 12. changes_to_terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of memes2apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

> 13. governing_law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
