This policy explains information handling for memes2apps.com and apps created through Memes2Apps. The information involved depends on the features you use. App owners and third-party services may separately handle information under their own policies.
App creation and access. Free app creation uses your public coin mint address, coin metadata, chosen PIN, and app details. Authentication records recognize authorized access. We retain records of earlier paid setup orders where needed to fulfill existing requests, verify past payments, or resolve issues. Creating a new app does not require a payment or wallet connection.
Profile and content. If you use those features, information can include your profile name and image, contact details you submit, uploaded media, links, raw embeds, channels, community posts, comments, direct messages, and call invitation details. A private message is shared with its intended participants; recipients can still copy or share what they receive.
Payments and wallets. Wallet features can use your public wallet address, network, public asset balances, transaction signatures, payment references, quotes, and order details to display activity and verify payments. Connecting Phantom exposes your public wallet address to the app. You review and approve payment requests in Phantom; the app uses transaction records to verify payment. Do not enter your wallet recovery phrase or private key into an app creation form, message, or support request.
Device and activity information. Requests can include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and technical logs. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, preferences, and app features. Activity records can support view counts, account security, and feature operation.
Optional integrations. When you connect an external account or use an embedded service, information and access permissions depend on that integration. For example, loading an embedded video, music player, or website can send your IP address and browser information to its provider. Camera and microphone access requires browser permission for features that use them.
Information is used to create and operate apps, authenticate access, display content, deliver messages and call invitations, process and verify purchases, show wallet activity, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to account or service issues. Public coin metadata is used to populate an app rather than requiring you to upload it manually.
A public blockchain is not a private database. Wallet addresses and transactions can be viewed by others and may be linked to your identity or activity. Removing an account from Memes2Apps cannot erase blockchain records.
You can edit information where profile or content controls are provided, disconnect an external wallet, manage browser permissions, and clear cookies or local browser storage. Clearing browser data can sign you out or reset preferences. Disconnecting a wallet does not delete historical transactions.
Use care before publishing personal information or loading third-party embeds. Removing content does not recall copies held by recipients or external services.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Identity verification may be needed to protect an account when handling a request. This policy does not waive those rights.
App records, content, account activity, and payment verification records can remain in the service's databases while needed for feature operation, account and payment issues, security, or applicable legal obligations. Different records may have different retention needs; this policy does not promise that closing a browser or disconnecting a wallet deletes them. Blockchain records are outside our deletion control.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your app PIN and wallet credentials secure, and avoid sending sensitive information through public content. The service's available security protections do not eliminate the risks of unauthorized access, user error, or third-party failures.
The service is not intended for children under 13. Users below the age of legal adulthood must have parent or guardian involvement as described in the Terms of Service. Third-party payment and wallet services can impose additional requirements.
We may update this policy when features or information practices change. The date above identifies this version. The service website is memes2apps.com.
